Shipping policy

At Less n Lesser, every order is made with care, and we do our best to ensure your items arrive fresh and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.


🕐 Order Processing Time

All orders are freshly prepared upon confirmation to ensure the best quality.

  • Preparation Time: 1–2 working days (Sunday to Wednesday)

  • Shipping Days: Monday to Thursday only

  • Orders placed after Wednesday 12pm will be shipped the following Monday

We do not ship on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays, to avoid delays and ensure freshness during transit.


📍 Self Pickup (Kuala Lumpur – Segambut)

Customers are welcome to self-pickup their orders from our location at United Point, Segambut.

🧡 Self-pickup orders receive a 10% discount as a small thank-you for collecting in person.
We’ll arrange pickup time with you via WhatsApp once your order is ready.


🛵 Same-Day Delivery (selected areas in Klang Valley only)

We offer same-day delivery via Grab or Lalamove for selected areas in Klang Valley once your order is ready.

  • Subject to rider availability and weather

  • Delivery fees are paid by the customer or covered via platform promotions

  • Please coordinate with us in advance via WhatsApp


📦 Standard Delivery (West & East Malaysia)

We deliver nationwide using Line Clear Express and PosLaju, depending on your area.

West Malaysia (Mainland):

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 working days

  • Next-Day Delivery available for RM10 extra, after your order is prepared and ready to ship

West Malaysia – Islands & Remote Areas:

  • Delivery: 2–6 working days

  • Free vacuum packing & oxygen absorber available upon request

East Malaysia:

  • Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Shipping fee: RM10/kg surcharge

  • Contact us for an exact quote

If you have a courier preference, do let us know. Otherwise, we’ll select the most reliable option for your area.

We work closely with our courier partners to ensure smooth delivery, and we’re happy to help monitor your parcel status.
As of now, we have not experienced any delays beyond the expected delivery timeframes.
