At Less n Lesser, all our products are freshly handmade in small batches, without preservatives or artificial additives. As our items are perishable and crafted with care, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following policy:


❌ Returns

Due to hygiene and food safety concerns, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.


💸 Refunds / Replacements

We want you to feel good about every order 💛
If your item arrives in unsatisfactory condition, such as:

  • Moldy

  • Leaking

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


📦 Responsibility After Delivery

Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow storage instructions provided for each product (e.g. refrigeration, freezing, etc).
We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage, delayed unboxing, or extended exposure to heat.
